2tablespoonsextra virgin coconut oilat room temperature/liquid state
1teaspoonwhole ground steviamust be green, not white powder
3/4teaspoonunrefined high mineral salt
1teaspoonaluminum free baking soda
3tablespoonsdistilled watermore as needed for consistency
1/4teaspoonThieves essential oilcan mix peppermint with Thieves, or use fennel oil
Instructions
1. In a small glass bowl, blend together the coconut oil, stevia, salt, baking soda and essential oil until well incorporated.
2. Mix in the bentonite clay powder.
3. Slowly add the water, one tablespoon at a time, until you achieve a smooth paste consistency.
4. Transfer the mixture to your BPA-free squeeze tube.
