Natural Squeezable Toothpaste

A natural, remineralizing toothpaste made with bentonite clay and essential oils. This green-tinted toothpaste is completely natural, using whole stevia leaf for sweetness. Makes enough to fill one 3-ounce tube.

Equipment

  • 3 oz BPA-free squeeze tube
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons bentonite clay powder
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil at room temperature/liquid state
  • 1 teaspoon whole ground stevia must be green, not white powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon unrefined high mineral salt
  • 1 teaspoon aluminum free baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons distilled water more as needed for consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thieves essential oil can mix peppermint with Thieves, or use fennel oil

Instructions

  • 1. In a small glass bowl, blend together the coconut oil, stevia, salt, baking soda and essential oil until well incorporated.
  • 2. Mix in the bentonite clay powder.
  • 3. Slowly add the water, one tablespoon at a time, until you achieve a smooth paste consistency.
  • 4. Transfer the mixture to your BPA-free squeeze tube.

Notes

Important Notes:
- Use only high-quality, food-grade ingredients
- The natural green stevia gives this toothpaste its distinctive color
- Always use a glass bowl when working with bentonite clay

- Or combine Thieves with peppermint
