What we ate today – 09/20/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

I don’t normally cook on Thursday nights – it is our breakfast for dinner night – but we are headed out for dinner tomorrow night so I decided to make some chicken and use up our leftover rice from the other night.

Roasted apricot chicken w/ fresh sage, onions and sweet potatoes, brown rice
