What we ate today – 10/02/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

First full day back at home and I had to get on the ball to plow through some more of my CSA vegetables because we get a new box tomorrow (already?!).  This dinner was a special request from my husband…boy was it delicious!

Queso fundido con rajas (baked mexican mozarella cheese with onions, anaheim chiles, zucchini), ground veal taco meat, rice, guacamole, pickled beets, kale chips, corn chips fried in coconut oil, salsa
