What we ate today – 10/11/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

Today I had a face to face business meeting so I had to go into the office.  On days like today I rely heavily on my husband to help get my daughter off to school in the morning.  He won’t be home for dinner though so tonight was a great night for ‘breakfast for dinner!’ night.  I made the bacon this morning so that is done.  I also already made the batter for the pancakes and will just make those quickly right before we eat dinner. All in all not to shabby for a hard days work in the office and I even carved out 15 min to mix the batter for some coconut flour muffins for our roadtrip to Dallas tomorrow for the TX/OU football game!
