What we ate today – 10/17/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

I have my book club tonight so my hubby took my 3 year old to the Farmer’s Market and they will eat dinner there.  I made sauerkraut while they were gone with cabbage, kohlrabi and turnips and caraway seeds.  I also made a batch of chocolate macaroons!
