What we ate today – 10/30/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

I am headed to a concert tonight but made a new great recipe for my husband and daughter for dinner.  What are you having tonight?

Fried Eggs with sauteed radishes and sea salt, kraut, kefir
Yogurt with blueberries and applesauce, flax seeds and cinnamon, fried egg w/ salsa

AM Snack

Pear with cashew butter

Lunch

Quick Asian Soup with mushrooms, kohlrabi greens, onions, carrots, radishes
Indian saag with ground veal, rice

PM Snack

N/A
mango fruits snacks, raw colby cheese

Dinner

Coconut Milk Poached Salmon (recipe coming!), rice, kale chips, steamed broccoli with knob of butter for the kiddo and hubby. I am headed to see Alanis Morisette and to Easy Tiger (ATX) for dinner
