Preschool Lunch #24
Here is what I packed for my 4 year old for lunch today (this will be my only school lunch post this week as we are on vacation the rest of the week!):
- Leftover Indian dinner from G’Raj Mahal (our Sunday night local restaurant) – Chana (chickpea curry) Masala, eggplant
- Fermented Coleslaw made with Sauerkraut
- Leftover BBQ chicken from our Labor Day BBQ
- Fresh cucumber, red onion and tomato salad
