Here is what I packed for my 4 year old for lunch:
- Creme Fraiche and salsa dip
- Tortilla chips, fried in coconut oil
- Kale chips
- Pastrami
- Sauerkraut

I used to wonder how you got your little girl to eat kraut, not anymore, my 3 year old and my 11 month old eat it everyday and love it. My 3 year old asks for a bowl of kraut the way most people’s kids beg for ice cream LOL< I have you to thank for showing me how much fermented foods also cut our budget down, thank you so much.
