Let’s Talk Common Sense
I’m not a doctor. I’m not a dietician. I’m a cook. I write recipes and have no claim to specialized medical or nutritional training. I do not dispense medical advice, I do not have a degree in health, medicine or nutrition (how many different ways can I say that?). I only discuss my own experience and what worked for me or my family. If you need medical advice, find a local doctor or nutritionist to provide it for you.

Giveaways
We do host giveaways on our blog from time to time. Again, I will not do a giveaway on a product I have not personally used. When I write my review of a product, I will be honest in my evaluation of the product. Sometimes a company sends me something in hopes I’d like it and endorse it and gives me an opportunity to give one away to a reader, too. Other times, I like a product I’ve personally purchased so much that I’d like to give one away to a reader, too. I’ll tell you which is which in the post.
Photos
If a photo is not credited on this site, it’s a photo I have personally taken. I have invested time and money into buying the right equipment to get decent shots of my food and making stock photos for use on my own website. Please ask permission before using my work, I’m a nice person and you don’t have to be afraid to ask. I don’t bite. Then please give me full credit when you do receive my permission to use the photo. Play nice. Just one small link back to my site makes me happy. I don’t ask for your right arm in exchange for you using my photo.
If the photo doesn’t belong to me, I will include an image credit so you can click through and find the photographer.
If you like legalese, please see my Terms & Conditions page.
