Why your ego is your lid to growth
Why failing is really succeeding
Weekly Series 2: Seeking Truth and Wholeness, Oils and the Bible, Parashas Mikeitz

I'm an Austin mom whose health journey transformed when doctors claimed my asthma would permanently limit me. Instead of accepting more prescriptions, I explored nutrition, gut health, and natural remedies—and today I breathe freely without medications. I believe healthcare should be deeply personal, not a one-size-fits-all protocol that ignores your unique story. Through essential oils and energy healing, I've discovered how to create a non-toxic home, support cellular nutrition, and access healthcare that honors individual paths to wellness. I've witnessed remarkable breakthroughs when people release what's holding them back from optimal health. Whether you're struggling with fatigue, toxic overload, or seeking alternatives to conventional healthcare, I'm here to guide you toward vibrant health for your whole family—body, mind, and spirit.
