Homemade Grain Free and Gluten Free Smores
Ingredients (use enough to feed your crowd)
Grain Free Graham Crackers (recipe)
Homemade Marshmallows (recipe)
Easy Homemade Chocolate (recipe)
I found the easiest way to make smores for a crowd (without a campfire that is) is to broil them on a cookie sheet.
Lay out your crackers and load up with chocolate and marshmallows and broil until the marshmallows just start to brown and the chocolate is melted.
Serve and enjoy open-faced or as a sandwich!
