Preschool Lunch #32
Here is what I packed for my 4 year old for lunch:
- A grass fed beef taco on a homemade corn tortilla with sauerkraut, raw chopped onions, and cilantro
- Fresh carrots
- Corn chips fried in coconut oil (bought at our local farmers market)
- Sauerkraut
- Fresh pears (rubbed with lemon juice to prevent browning)
