The Heart Knows What the Mind Has Forgotten

Your heart is not just a pump.

It’s a storage center for your deepest emotional wounds. A keeper of memories you don’t consciously recall. A record of traumas—yours and your ancestors’—that shape how you move through the world today.

And sometimes, it’s a prison.

I’m giving away 10 advance copies of Dr. Bradley Nelson’s groundbreaking new book, The Heart Code, releasing December 2nd—plus a complimentary Heart Wall Release Session with me (valued at $80).

The Heart Wall: Your Invisible Barrier

During the COVID years, I experienced rejection from every direction. Friends stopped calling. Family gatherings happened without me. Just stating facts and truth about the vaccines got me banned from Facebook groups and put in Instagram jail and Facebook jail. Local businesses, acquaintances—everyone became part of the judgment. Every interaction felt like a potential trauma trigger.

I felt like I was drowning in anxiety—fighting all the time to maintain my sovereignty to both breathe and not be injected.

I turned inward, focused on ensuring no one would ever have to deal with this type of tyranny again. I thought I was being strong, protective, wise.

What I didn’t realize was that my heart was building walls.

Thick, impenetrable barriers made of trapped emotional energy—grief, betrayal, resentment, fear. My subconscious mind was trying to protect me from ever experiencing that depth of rejection again.

But here’s what I learned the hard way: what protects you also imprisons you.

What Actually Happens When You Have a Heart Wall

Dr. Bradley Nelson discovered through decades of energy healing work that when we experience emotional trauma—heartbreak, betrayal, loss, abandonment, rejection—our subconscious mind literally constructs a protective barrier around our heart using trapped emotional energy.

It’s brilliant, really. Your body is trying to keep you safe.

But a heart wall doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t just block pain—it blocks everything.

It blocks:

  • Your ability to give and receive love freely
  • Deep, authentic connection with others
  • Your intuition and inner guidance
  • Recognition of good opportunities
  • Joy, peace, and contentment
  • Your connection to your true purpose

My Heart Wall Story

I didn’t realize how deeply that quiet exclusion during COVID had affected me until I started working on my own heart wall this past year.

As I began the process of identifying and releasing trapped emotions, something remarkable happened.

My chronic shoulder pain that I’d accepted as “just part of life”? Gone. Turns out it was literally trapped emotions and traumas being stored in my body. I thought I’d been getting to the root cause with all my supplements and dietary changes, but I was only scratching the surface. Energy healing got to the REAL root—the energetic foundation that was creating the perfect environment for physical symptoms to thrive.

My mind cleared. The constant worry fog lifted. Sleep that had been restless for years became deep and restorative.

But the most profound shift? I could feel again.

Not just the hard emotions I’d been trying to avoid, but joy. Connection. Love. Hope. Peace.

I could trust people again without constantly scanning for judgment. I could show up authentically without waiting for the other shoe to drop. I could attract people who truly see and value me.

And here’s what I also witnessed:

My young son was carrying anxiety and sadness that broke my heart. Through energy work, we discovered it wasn’t even his—it was inherited generational baggage. Once we cleared those emotions, he transformed back into the light, happy kid he was meant to be. The shift has been undeniable.

I’ve watched chronic pain resolve after heart wall releases. I’ve seen relationships that were on the brink of ending completely heal and deepen. I’ve witnessed depression that had lingered for years begin to fade as the heart wall came down.

This isn’t woo-woo theory. This is real, measurable change in real lives.

The Science Behind the Heart (That Will Blow Your Mind)

The heart is not just a mechanical pump pushing blood through your body. Modern science is discovering what ancient wisdom has known all along: the heart is an intelligence center all its own.

The heart contains approximately 40,000 neurons—sensory neurites that can sense, feel, learn, and remember independently of the brain. This “heart brain” allows the heart to process information and make decisions.

The heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart, significantly affecting emotional processing, attention, perception, memory, and problem-solving.

The heart’s electromagnetic field is approximately 5,000 times stronger than the brain’s and can be detected several feet away from the body. This field changes based on your emotional state—and other people can detect and be affected by it.

We’re literally radiating our emotional state to everyone around us.

Heart Transplant Patients: The Most Compelling Evidence

Perhaps the most fascinating evidence that the heart stores memory and personality comes from heart transplant recipients.

There are numerous documented cases of heart transplant patients who suddenly developed new preferences, skills, memories, and personality traits that matched their donors—donors they knew nothing about.

Some remarkable examples:

  • An 8-year-old girl who received the heart of a 10-year-old murder victim began having vivid nightmares about the murder. The details were so accurate they led to the arrest and conviction of the murderer.
  • A 47-year-old man received the heart of a 14-year-old girl who loved classical music. He had never liked it before, but after the transplant developed an overwhelming love for it—specifically the pieces his donor had been learning to play.
  • A woman who received a male donor’s heart suddenly craved beer and fried chicken—two things she’d never liked before. These were her donor’s favorite foods.
  • A professional dancer received the heart of a young man who died in a motorcycle accident. She suddenly developed an irrational fear of motorcycles and began having dreams from the perspective of someone riding a motorcycle right before an accident.

Dr. Paul Pearsall studied over 140 heart transplant patients and found that a significant number experienced personality changes that correlated with their donors’ personalities.

If the heart can store personality traits, memories, preferences, and even skills—then it absolutely can store trapped emotional energy.

When we experience emotional trauma, that energy gets lodged in and around the heart, creating a literal energetic barrier that affects how we experience life.

Why the Heart Wall Must Come Down to Experience True Healing

In my practice, I’ve learned that releasing the heart wall is essentially a prerequisite to deep healing. If your body will allow it – I do it first!

If your heart is walled off, how can you trust your intuition, recognize and receive love, connect authentically with others, access joy and peace, or step into your true purpose?

You can’t.

I’ve seen clients try to work on specific issues—chronic pain, relationship problems, financial blocks, depression—only to hit walls (literally) because their heart wall was still intact.

Once the heart wall comes down, everything else becomes easier. The body can heal. Relationships can mend. Opportunities become visible. Depression lifts. Love flows.

What Happens During a Heart Wall Release Session

Each giveaway winner will receive a complimentary Heart Wall Release Session with me. Here’s what that looks like:

During the Session: Using muscle testing, I’ll communicate directly with your subconscious mind to identify the trapped emotions that make up your heart wall. We’ll identify each emotion one by one—when it became trapped, who it’s inherited from (if it’s generational), and any additional information that helps you understand its origin.

Then we’ll release each trapped emotion. You might feel shifts or notice changes in the hours and days that follow.

After the Session: Your body needs 1-3 days on average to process the release. During this time, you might feel tired, experience emotional releases, have vivid dreams, or simply feel lighter and more peaceful.

How Many Sessions: I have often released them in one session. Complete heart wall release might take 1-3 sessions for most people. Once your heart wall is released, it’s released. You don’t have to keep working on it indefinitely. But of course you can always trap emotions again around the heart and form a new wall depending on what is going on in your life and how aware you are of what emotions you are feeling. You might form this protective wall again. But the one that we released will be gone and it will be easier to notice it the next time.

Common Questions About Heart Walls

Q: Can I have a heart wall even if I don’t feel particularly traumatized?

Absolutely. Heart walls form from accumulated smaller hurts—rejection, disappointment, heartbreak, betrayal. Dr. Nelson estimates that approximately 93% of people have a heart wall.

Q: Will releasing my heart wall make me vulnerable to being hurt again?

Your heart wall doesn’t actually protect you from future hurt—it just numbs you to everything. When your heart wall is down, you’re actually MORE resilient because you have full access to your intuition and can set healthy boundaries.

Q: Can children have heart walls?

Yes. Children can form heart walls from their own experiences or inherit trapped emotions from conception. The good news is that children’s heart walls are often easier to release and they process energy work very quickly.

A Final Word

Your heart wasn’t meant to live behind walls.

Every painful experience that caused your heart to build those protective barriers makes sense. Your subconscious was keeping you safe.

But now you have a choice.

You can continue living behind those walls—safe from pain, yes, but also cut off from joy, love, intuition, connection, and purpose.

Or you can choose to let the walls come down. To feel again. To connect again. To live fully again.

It won’t make you weak. It will make you whole.
