The Essential Solutions Starter Kit
Why start here: oils are the easiest, most fun first step, perfect if you want your home to smell amazing without synthetic fragrance, with simple solutions on hand for sore muscles, stress and seasonal changes.
Essential oils are the aromatic essence of the plant. Our brains are wired to respond to scent, linking it to emotions and memories, which is why a few drops in a diffuser can change the whole feel of a room. This kit gives you the oils I reach for most, plus a diffuser to put them to work.

- Thieves, 5 mL. The oil you reach for when the school email says “we’ve had a few cases of…” and you can already picture your whole house going down like dominoes. Diffuse it and your kitchen smells like Christmas at Grandma’s, and you feel like a mom with a plan.

These oils were hand-selected because they’re some of the most versatile. Here are my favorite ways to use them to replace harsh chemicals, freshen your home and level up your daily routine.
Roller blends
T-Zone Roller
For oily areas, or as a spot treatment for blemishes.
- 20 drops Purification
- Top off with jojoba oil
Cozy Season Roller (10 mL)
Use morning and evening, then more often when needs arise.
- 5 drops Thieves
- 5 drops Lavender
- 5 drops Peppermint
- Top off with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
Great add-ins: Geranium, Pine, Frankincense
Tension Melter Roller
For tense heads, shoulders, necks or other muscles. It feels soooo good on the temples and forehead when you’re carrying stress.
- 25 drops Lavender
- 20 drops Peppermint
- Optional: 10 drops Deep Relief (pop the roller top off and use a dropper to get the oil out)
- Top off with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex
Ultimate Relaxation Roller
A daily fragrance, or anytime you need a moment of calm and a little zen.
- 25 drops Lavender
- 20 drops Stress Away (pop the roller top off and use a dropper to get the oil out)

Beauty & self-care
Glow Up Skin Serum
Use before bed. Add to a 2 oz dropper bottle:
- 20 drops Lavender
- Fill with your carrier of choice (jojoba or argan oil)
- Optional: 15 drops Frankincense for oil-prone skin
Great add-ins: Manuka, Blue Tansy, Myrrh
Ultimate Relaxation Bath Salts
Mix and add to a warm bath.
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- ½ cup Himalayan salt
- 10 drops Lavender
- Optional: 8 drops Stress Away (pop the roller top off and use a dropper to get the oil out)
Green cleaning
Carpet & Rug Freshener
Freshen your space whenever you vacuum. Add to an airtight glass jar:
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup fine sea salt
- 20 drops Purification
- 20 drops Lavender
Mix well. Sprinkle over carpets, let sit 10 minutes, then vacuum.
Linen & Upholstery Spray
For when you change the sheets, or anytime a surface needs freshening.
- 8 oz glass spray bottle
- 20 drops each Peppermint, Lavender, Purification
- Fill with filtered water
Shake to mix and spray on linens, upholstery, mattresses, anything really!
Laundry Scent Booster
Laundry that smells divine with zero harsh chemicals. Add to a large glass jar with a lid:
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- ½ cup fine sea salt
- ½ cup baking soda
- 30 drops Purification (or a mix of your favorite oils)
Add 2–3 Tbsp directly to each load.

The Daily Wellness Kit
Why month 2: once your home smells amazing, it’s time to take care of you. This is for anyone feeling the stress of life all the way to their bones, dragging on energy, or wanting a solid nutrition foundation without a complicated routine.
Maybe it’s as simple as 2 ounces of fruit puree a day. If I had to pick one product for overall daily wellness, it would be NingXia Red, a wolfberry-based drink packed with antioxidants that fits into any morning in about ten seconds. Green cleaning recipes
Thieves All-Purpose Spray
For general cleaning: counters, bathrooms, everywhere! Add to a 16 oz glass spray bottle:
- 1–2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner
- Optional: 10–15 drops each Lemon and Thieves
- Fill with filtered water
Thieves Degreaser
For tougher jobs.
- 16 oz glass spray bottle
- 1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
- 1 cup water
- Optional: 5 drops Lemon
Spray and let soak 5 minutes, then wipe away grease like your name is Houdini. For really messy spots, apply the cleaner undiluted with a cloth, then wipe with a damp cloth.
Glass & Mirror Spray
Streak-free shine for windows and mirrors.
- 16 oz glass spray bottle
- 1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
- 5 drops Lemon (or Citrus Fresh)
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 cups water
Add everything to the bottle and spray as needed.
Stain Pretreat & Stain Stick
Drop Thieves Dish Soap onto a stain, rub it in with a wooden laundry brush, then wash with Thieves Laundry Soap. Or make a stain stick in a 30 mL roller bottle:
- Fill halfway with Thieves Household Cleaner
- 1 Tbsp hydrogen peroxide
- 10 drops Lemon
- Fill the rest with Thieves Dish Soap
Shake well, roll onto stains, then brush in.
Carpet & Rug Freshener
Freshen your space whenever you vacuum. Add to an airtight glass jar:
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup fine sea salt
- 15 drops Thieves
- 20 drops Lemon
